Must Have

These might just be the CUTEST skirts on the planet.

My friend Rachel makes them. She is awesome and creative and can do no wrong.

You can find them here. There are plenty of different colors and patterns (I'm really loving the Halloween themed ones right now!) Get one for your little twirler (or send the link to Grandma!) You will NOT regret it...

Yay, Rachel! Great skirts! She is sooooo talented! Is she going start making leg warmers to match when it gets colder? I love those!

The twins are the most beautiful things in the world...

My heart hurt to see them---Mimi misses them sooooo...

Hi Hailey-So fun to see what you have been up to. New York looked so fun and I love seeing your cute family. I didn't realize that you have twins and that your oldest is 8 (right?). I love the funny things they say. I am sure you are laughing all the time.

So cool that you are still finding time to be a superstar! I am sure you are great. So funny about my aunt Martha...small world.

Great skirts!

Listen - sorry to do this in your comments - but I couldn't find an e-mail for you on your blog and I'm having trouble with the one in your profile.

I'm doing a Bee Gee Bags (www.beegeebags.com) giveaway this week, and it occurred to me that people who bid on my Nie Nie auctions might be interested. This time - anyone can comment to win a FREE bag. Pictures attached.

Here is my first post about Bee Gee bags: http://www.thebigpieceofcake.com/2008/09/in-my-clutches-beautiful-bags-from-bee.html, and here is my post on the giveaway: http://www.thebigpieceofcake.com/2008/10/as-good-as-cake-giveaway-bee-gee-bags.html

Please comment on the giveaway post - you just might win!

I'd like to do more of these as a thank you to the people who read my rambling posts - maybe monthly. But I'll want to approach other really talented designers (ones who don't know me). If I can tell them I got over 100 comments on this giveaway - then I won't feel like a big dork about it!
And really - I want to get as much exposure for the new (to me) indie designer as I can. I just think she's fabulous.

If you do decide to comment, good luck! (sorry again for hijacking your comments!)
